Building Permits
If you are planning on building, zoning changes and building permits may be needed. Please contact the Jackson County Zoning Department for all required forms and permits. If adding any buildings or making changes to your home, a land use permit may be needed. Please contact the Jackson County Zoning Department in Black River Falls, (715) 284-0220.
If you would like to be on the list of people who have requested to receive notice of any proposed zoning ordinance or amendment that affects the allowable use of his or her property, please contact the town clerk.
UDC (Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code) has been adopted by the Town of Bear Bluff.
